Conditions

  3. Additional /less size of the land costs 38,000 Baht / sq.w. (9,500 Baht / sq.m.)
    Land size of one storey house is primarily started at 72 sq.w. (288 sq.m.)
    Land size of two storey house type A and B is primarily started at 72 sq.w. (288 sq.m.)
    Land size of two storey house type C is primarily started at 80sq.w. (320 sq.m.)
  4. Extra charges 50,000 Baht/ 100,000 Baht/ 200,000 Baht are already included in the prices for some corner, garden view, sea view houses. Blank Lands cost 39,500 Baht / sq.w.
  5. The buyer and the seller agree to pay cash 50% each for all transfer fees, all kinds of taxes, duty stamp fees and all kinds of expenses for ownership transfer.
  6. In case of mortgage finance with the bank, all expenses and fees are the buyer’s responsibilities.
  7. Changing or adding a new party in agreement and contract, the buyer shall pay 50,000 Baht for transaction.
  8. For public utilities and services, the buyer shall pay advance annual maintenance fee at the rate of 15 Baht/ sq.w. /month (3.75 Baht/sq.m./ month) which will be collected for 3 years in advance on the day of ownership transfer.
  9. The house prices, conditions and promotions of Sun Palm Village can be cancelled or changed without prior notice.
